A First Visit to the Village

Truly, the part that Noriko Ibaragi wrote about poet Yun Dong-ju feels as if putting it into words might cause the feeling itself to vanish.

From the top of a great city, one can see that all human beings live as though confined somewhere.
Thinking of things fresher and more beautiful,
the young siblings stand there, vacant and still.
